Rainier Room

 

The Rainier Room is our full service dining facility featuring upscale menus at reasonable prices providing hands on real life experience for our students. Supervised by Instructors and Rainier Room Hostessrun entirely by students the Rainier Room offers full service with beautifully prepared meals.

Open to the public our restaurant provides patrons an exciting experience of classic and regional cuisine with an emphasizing on fresh seasonal foods.

Our menu's change quarterly with a specials menu entirely designed by advanced students changing every two weeks. The specials menu allows the students to express their own personality in the foods they create while using all the skills learned throughout the program.

Menu's are always available for viewing online.

The Rainier Room is open Wednesday through Friday from 11:15am to 12:45pm.

No seperate checks on parties of eight or more people. Large parties will be given one check.
