Catering

 

The culinary arts program has a variety of catering options available. This service is provided as a tool to train students in the complexity and volume of Catering Buffet Linecatering. Whatever your event; breakfast meeting, business luncheon, special celebration or corporate event, we will work with you to meet your special needs.

Because the program focuses on training students and not running a catering business, program instructors do limit and personally select which events will benefit the students education the most. Student schedules and college holiday's sometimes prevent us from being able to meet every request. Catering Dining Room

Services include eloquent buffet lines, hors d'oeuvre tray service or sit down full service. Please contact our catering manager to discuss the services available.
